Water Register is operated from Alberta, Canada. This site is informational. We do not broker water transfers or hold funds on your behalf.
On the free tier we collect standard web analytics and Cloudflare security logs. If you subscribe to Pro or post a listing, we will collect account email, billing details through our payment processor, and listing content you submit.
Licence rows are derived from Alberta Open Government exports and other public records. We do not receive private EPA files beyond what is already published.
